What is the Back to Home membership?
It's a one-year home appliance repair membership for Dubai residential properties. For a single yearly fee you get eligible repair visits with no call-out, diagnosis or labour charge, plus member discounts on deep cleaning and spare parts — so a breakdown doesn't turn into a big bill.
Does “unlimited repairs” mean everything is free?
Unlimited refers to eligible repair visits — the call-out, diagnosis and labour are covered by your plan. Spare parts, consumables and major replacement components are charged separately, with a member discount on the Back to Home and Premium plans.
Are AC systems covered?
No. AC systems are not included in the Back to Home membership. The plan covers home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, hobs, microwaves and water heaters.
How fast will a technician arrive?
On the Back to Home and Premium plans we target same-day attendance within 4–8 hours. This is a service target and depends on technician availability, your location and booking time.
Which properties are eligible?
One registered residential property in Dubai per membership. The membership is not valid outside Dubai and is non-transferable. Existing major faults may need an assessment before activation.
